Let x = market share of Cole Vision (%), y = market share of Lens Crafters, and z = market share of Pearle Vision.

The statement "Together, they accounted for 66% of total market sales" tells us that

x + y + z = 66.

The statement "The combined share of Cole Vision and Lens Crafters was twice the share of Pearle Vision" tells us that

x + y = 2z, or x + y - 2z = 0.

Finally, we are told that "Lens Crafters' share was 2% less than the combined share of Cole Vision and Pearle Vision." In other words,

y = x + z - 2, or x - y + z = 2.

Solving the system of the above three equations in three unknowns gives the solution:

x = 12, y = 32, z = 22.

Thus the market shares are: Cole Vision: 12%, Lens Crafters: 32%, Pearle Vision: 22%
