x = -50 - s + t
y = 40 - s + t
z = -10 + t
s, t arbitrary (and non-negative).

The change of shopper shopper traffic if you move is

traffic at new location - traffic at old location = y - x = 90 shoppers per minute,

so move, since the new location will enjoy passing traffic of 90 more shoppers per minute.
