We shall list corrections by printing. To determine which printing you have, consult page (ii) of the text (the page facing the "Brief Contents" page of the textbook). Near the bottom left-hand-side, you will see "Printed in the United States of America" followed by a sequence of numbers. The first number in the sequence is the printing number. For instance, the following imprint denotes the second printing:
